E100 to wszechstronny Tablet PC spełniający wymagania surowych norm wojskowych i przemysłowych. Doskonale sprawdza się jako przenośny komputer serwisowy także w trudnych warunkach przemysłowych i klimatycznych. Obudowa wykonana jest ze stopu magnezu co zapewnia wysoką odporność na upadki i uderzenia. Dysk twardy zamontowany jest w specjalnej ramce antywstrząsowej aby zapewnić pewność działania nawet w trudnych warunkach.
Tak jak i pozostałe produkty GETAC-a tak i ten model ma wszystkie porty I/O zabezpieczone przed pyłem i wilgocią. Tablet wyposażony jest w ekran dotykowy 8.4", który przy zastosowaniu opcji sunlight readable zapewnia także doskonałą czytelność w dużym nasłonecznieniu. Na froncie obudowy znalazło się także miejsce na klawiaturę numeryczną, która zapewnia dostęp do podstawowych funkcji.
